Early-bird registration ends tomorrow (March 31) for anyone not currently signed up. After that, it's an additional $10.
For the record, I'm more than willing to make some of the arrangements for any accommodation/travel this year. Rumour has it we will be taking the train this year, and I imagine that we'll be staying at the same place.
