Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shiro powder
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- two small tomatoes, chopped, or tomato paste (1/2 can or so)
- vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- garlic powder
- salt
Directions
- Blend the onion and tomato (if not using tomato paste) in a food processor.
- Fry the onion/tomato in a frying pan with some oil until cooked.
- Add shiro, water, and spices, bubble for awhile. This may require more water if it sits for awhile.
Serve with Wheat Injera, or real teff injera if you can find it.
