Ingredients
- 1/2c warm water
- 1-1/2t yeast
- 1-1/2c flour
- some olive oil
- 2t parmesan cheese
- 1t of each: oregano, rosemary, basil
- dash of season salt
- dash of garlic salt
Directions
For thin, crispy pizza shell:
- Combine water and yeast. Stir until yeast is disolved.
- Add flour to mixture. Work with hands into a ball.
- Drizzle oil and roll ball until it is fully covered.
- Let sit in bowl in a warm place for 45min-1hr, covered with damp tea-towel or plastic wrap.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If using a pizza stone, let stone preheat in the oven.
- Sprinkle remaining ingredients with a bit of flour onto countertop. Kneed dough to work in herbs.
- Roll out dough until about 5mm thick
- Place dough on baking sheet (or pizza stone) and bake for 10 minutes, or until firm when touched.
- Complete pizza with sauce and toppings, and bake.
