Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 c veggie stock
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- salt, pepper, paprika
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour; cook 1 min stirring constantly. Stir in dry mustard. Gradually whisk in veg stock.
- Increase heat and bring to boil. Reduce to medium low and simmer 3 - 5 minutes or until thickened.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Serve with roasted vegetables.
