- Set 21 minutes @ 482˚/250˚ "French Roast"
- Second pop @ ~4 minutes remaining
- Turned off with ~2.5 minutes remaining
- Top roasting temperature reached ~478˚
Outcome:
- Dark, somewhat oily beans
- Not very aromatic - gained more aroma over night
Flavour: delicious!

- Second pop @ ~3 minutes remaining
- Added 1 minute, with ~1.5 minutes remaining
- Top roasting temperature reached: 460˚
Outcome:
- Darker than before, somewhat oily beans
- More aromatic than before
