Cashew Sesame Pasta Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 large garlic cloves chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon vegan sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups coriander sprigs chopped fine
Directions
- In a blender, blend sauce ingredients with salt, and pepper to taste until smooth.
- Cook pasta al dente, drain, toss with sauce, and serve.
